How will the Quebec government use your investment in the Immigrant Investor Program

The mandatory $400,000 CAD deposit is invested in a term note guaranteed by the Government of Québec. A significant portion of the interest earned on the investment is paid out to eligible Quebec corporations in the form of grants.
